Toys & Games Case Histories
On behalf of National Products, we launched a new and exciting line of radio control cars that included a jet plane, golf cart, motorcycle and passenger plane. Among numerous media placements, we worked with NBC-The Today Show to get four children to ride the vehicles on a live segment that was seen by millions of viewers nationwide.
For Creata, we introduced a unique radio-controlled car within a car called Shotgun & Skidzo. In addition to numerous valuable national media placements in traditional print and broadcast, we helped arrange for a selling segment on QVC whereby an Agency member helped demonstrate and sell-out the product.
MultiPet, a leading manufacturer of dog toys, created a special limited edition pink dog toy with proceeds going to Breast Cancer Awareness programs. Among numerous media placements, we managed to secure exposure on the Ellen DeGeneres Show where a special gigantic sized pink pet was presented to Ellen and members of the studio audience received product samples. By the end of the campaign, the pink pet was sold out nationwide.
For Imperial Toys, we promoted its unique line of beauty products geared for the tween-age audience, along with a fanciful dress-up line of play clothing.
On behalf of GelliArts, we touted the ease with which artists and crafters could complete gelatin plate printing on their own without a press or lots of setup. We worked with the client in advance of the famous New York Toy Fair in order to draw media and consumer attention to the vast product line.
We implemented and publicized a Kickstarter campaign on behalf of BrushyBall, a tooth brushing coach for children, that managed to secure consumer attention and support support.
The Homogenius game board was a modern-day take on Trivial Pursuit, but geared to the LGBTQ community. The Agency liaised with a numerous LGBTQ community organizations to gauge and engage interest. Staff members participated in gay organized events in order to promote Homogenius including the LGBT Expo held at the Javits Center in New York, the Gay Games, and the White Party.
